After a journey of self-discovery and exploration I found my passion of helping others realize their true potential that was always there and just needed to be unlocked. Working through blocks and with mindful curiosity, I'll help you navigate through the resistance you find yourself in. I have worked exclusively in Human Resources for over fifteen years helping companies achieve a new level of conscious employment by creating a work environment that promotes creativity and growth. I use these skills to help clients break through barriers and achieve their professional goals.

Through this work I realized I could help others with my professional knowledge as well as use my personal experience with inner work and struggles. From this, I learned skills and tools to create a life of peace and happiness throughout the waves of everyday challenges. This led me to discovering my life calling of being a Life Coach.
